We are a group of homeowners who really enjoy our Villas and would like to share them with you…
Our objective is to provide our local and international clients with an atmosphere of elegance, style and tranquility in a lush jungle setting at affordable rates! We feel everyone should experience Costa Rica at least once in their life time.
We will take every effort to make your holiday a pleasant and memorable one – whether you are on a family vacation; a Men's or Ladies' "What happens in Costa Rica, stays in Costa Rica" trip; a self-discovery group retreat or simply a romantic holiday…let us make it perfect!!!
Our employees are carefully selected from local communities of Quepos and Manuel Antonio and our property manager is Kathy, an American residing in Costa Rica. With our staff, you will have a sense of security, well-being and the comfort of knowing that you are being taken care of with a smile.
The Villas were designed by award winning Steve Bliss, from Indianapolis, USA. Our builder was Condeco Inc., from Costa Rica who has an excellent reputation for building high quality projects with superior craftmanship.
We, along with the other co-owners, have taken the time and effort to furnish the Villas with quality décor, style and comfort. Our accommodations and amenities are superb and fit for the most discriminating palate!
