* 3 Night Minimum. Based on occupancy of 1- 6 people.
* "Weekend Rates" covers Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
* Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice.
Rental Rate Notes
* Inquire about "Last Minute Discounts", on reservations less than 3 weeks.
* Special Long Term Rates" are available upon request.
* We accept PayPal and International Bank Drafts / Money Orders.
Deposits
* We require 50% of the total payment at time of signing / booking and the remaining 50%, 30 days before your arrival.
* Payment options: PayPal (includes credit cards and E-cheques), and Money-Order / International Bank Draft.
* Deposit of $250.00 US for incidentals (fully refundable - see "Policies" for more info).
Refunds
* Due to the nature of our business, and the time frame of our bookings - generally 2-3 months in advance, the following is our refund policy: Initial deposit of 50% - Non-Refundable. If full payment has been collected for the time frame of your stay - 50% will be Reimbursed. 100% will be refunded ONLY if the same villa has been rebooked for the same period.
Policies
* Upon arrival, the renter is asked to provide the property manager with a copy of passport or other valid photo ID, home address and telephone number(s), in case of emergency.
* Smoking is permitted outdoors only: balcony, terrace and common areas.
* We request a Security Deposit before, or on arrival, of $250.00US (fully refundable, if no incidentals).
* We recommend that you keep your documents, cash and other valuables in the built-in safe provided for your convenience. Always lock all sliding doors and windows, when leaving the premises.
* Parents...as a friendly reminder, please supervise your children at all times. Even though we take proper care and safety is our priority, we cannot assume any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries while at play,etc.
